What We Cover

Articles are written for business decision-makers, not as a substitute for advice based on a client’s complete facts.

How We Research

• We prefer laws, regulations, government notices, regulator guidance, official statistics and other primary sources for material legal, tax and policy claims.
• We record dates, effective periods, eligibility conditions and geographic limits when they affect how a rule should be applied.
• We distinguish statutory requirements from local implementation practice, estimates and our own analysis.
• Where a reliable primary source is not publicly available, we identify the limitation instead of presenting an unverified claim as settled fact.

Review and Publication

Before publication, material factual claims are checked against the sources available at that time. We review whether the title and summary match the article, whether qualifications and exceptions are visible, and whether structured data reflects the page readers can see. We do not add credentials, client results or professional-review labels that we cannot substantiate.

Updates and Corrections

Time-sensitive pages may show a publication date and a last-updated date. When a law, policy or reliable source materially changes, we aim to update the relevant passage and its date. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be corrected without a separate notice.
