A Thai business can test Hainan through distributors, customers, partners and short visits before forming a company. Registration becomes more compelling when the business needs a mainland contract, Chinese invoice, local staff, regular customer delivery, inventory, a regulated licence or a long-term Hainan base.
Describe the first transaction in practical terms. For a Thai coconut-milk or dried-fruit producer, identify the exporter, China importer, product registration, labels, customs code, warehouse and seller to the final customer. For a tourism or wellness operator connecting Thai experiences with Hainan customers, identify who sells the service, who receives the customer, which licence applies and who employs the local team. For a Thai software provider serving Chinese hotels, identify data access, implementation, support and ownership of the technology.
This transaction becomes the foundation of the Chinese business scope, bank explanation, accounting treatment and premises plan. A vague scope such as “business consulting” should not be used to hide an operating model that actually involves regulated travel, education, food or medical activity.
